Arts & Crafts House is a Grade 2 listed townhouse in Sevenoaks built in 1899 by renowned Scottish architects Niven and Wigglesworth in an Arts & Craft style. The house was suffering with damp, draughts and a long list of problems that the owners were understandably daunted by. Claire carried out a Condition Survey to highlight the most impactful remedial works. We have now completed a thorough overhaul of the property including:  new cast iron gutters, re-flaunched chimneys, replaced lead roofs and rotten windows, redecorated external timber, brick repairs, lime mortar re-pointing, brick and tile heritage clean... and the house is looking glorious!

We are currently working up proposals for new extensions to replace the porch and conservatory.
