Gamekeeper's Cottage dates from the 17th century. The house has a 2-storey rear addition built in the 1980s, garage and swimming pool outbuildings were added in the 1990’s.  The house is Grade II listed, in the Green Belt and in the London Borough of Bromley, meaning that any further development requires a sensitive and well researched approach. Our design makes use of existing garden walls to set an extension in an unused sunken courtyard. We are thrilled to have received planning permission and listed building consent!
